Full and Part-Time Opportunities Available - Permanent
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Savernake Ward. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for our patients. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care and support to our patients and their families.
Main Duties of the Job
Assessing patients' needs and developing individualized care plans
Providing high-quality nursing care to patients, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patients' conditions
Supervising and supporting nursing associates, junior staff, and students
Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize and organize workload, delegating appropriately
Enhanced clinical competencies, including venepuncture and cannulation
Up-to-date understanding of safeguarding and mental capacity legislation
