About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating operations, managing direct labour and subcontractors, and ensuring adherence to safety standards, practices, and protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage site operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
  • Manage and supervise direct labour and subcontractors to ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency on site.
  • Monitor and report on site performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements:
  • IT literate.
  • Demonstrated experience and sound knowledge in delivering minor building and maintenance joinery services.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with customers.
  • Valid CSR card.
  • Full driving license.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the social housing sector.
  • Previous experience in a Foreman/Supervisor role.
Competencies:
  • Reliability, flexibility, and adaptability.
  • Effective time management to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Strong planning and organisational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good understanding of operating costs and productivity levels.
  • Knowledge of construction and team member skills.
