About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated HLTA to join our team at a successful primary school in Romford. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the Class Teacher and contributing to the academic success of our pupils.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and deliver engaging lesson plans to KS1/2/EYFS children
  • Teach and support students in a nurturing and academically successful environment
  • Report on student progress and provide feedback to the Class Teacher
  • Support the Class Teacher in planning and delivering lessons
Requirements
  • Qualified HLTA with experience in teaching KS1/2/EYFS children
  • Excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum
  • Outstanding educator with a love of children and teaching
  • Able to inspire and innovate in the classroom
