We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Healthcare Professional to join our team in an acute hospital environment. This is a versatile role that involves providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages and backgrounds.
About the Role- This role will involve assessing and monitoring patient conditions, checking symptoms and vital signs, and arranging diagnostic tests.
- You will work as an effective team member and promote team and interdisciplinary relationships.
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months paid experience in an acute hospital environment within the last 3 years.
To be successful in this role, you must hold a valid registration with the NMC and have a degree or diploma in nursing.
