We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress/Barista to join our team at a busy café restaurant in a rural setting near Bakewell. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take orders and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries and complaints
• Work effectively as part of a team to maintain a clean and organized dining area
• Upsell and promote menu items and special offers to increase sales
• Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a catering restaurant or café environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
