We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Key Stage One Primary Teacher to join our dynamic team at Aspire People. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and inspiring lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students, ensuring their academic and personal development.

Job Summary:

This is a full-time/part-time KS1 Teacher role, offering a competitive salary of around £35,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role:

The successful applicant will be required to teach Key Stage One classes, creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes high standards of achievement and behavior. This will involve collaborating with other teachers and staff to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies, as well as participating in school events and extracurricular activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a stimulating and supportive classroom environment that fosters academic excellence and social growth.
  • Develop and deliver lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students, ensuring inclusive and engaging learning experiences.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies, promoting high standards of achievement and behavior.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • A degree in Education or a related field.
  • Previous experience teaching Key Stage One is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality teaching and learning.
