Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join our Dispute Resolution team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to solicitors and legal teams, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide essential administrative support to solicitors and legal teams
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, scheduling appointments and handling inquiries
  • Support with the preparation and management of client invoices and billing procedures
  • Assist with audio typing and other administrative tasks
  • Previous experience as a legal secretary or in a similar role, preferably in Dispute Resolution law
