Classroom Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated Classroom Support Professional to join our team at Aspire People Ltd. This role involves supporting children across KS4 in a general classroom setting, with a focus on the Art Department.
The ideal candidate will have a clear passion for education and a strong understanding of the Secondary curriculum. They will work closely with teaching staff to create a safe, supportive, and positive learning environment for all students.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing general classroom support and working with students who have SEMH needs. You will also assist teaching staff in planning and preparing lessons.
Requirements:
- A good understanding of the Secondary curriculum
- Good academic record
- Ability to work with students with SEMH needs
