About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Advisory Manager to join our team at Teneo, a global CEO advisory firm. As a key member of our Financial Advisory Restructuring Tax team, you will play a critical role in providing tax advice on the restructuring of financially distressed businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement tax strategies to achieve commercial aims in a tax-efficient manner.
- Work closely with financial advisory colleagues and external stakeholders to understand complex commercial and legal requirements.
- Prepare reports and advise on tax consequences of restructuring transactions.
- Support business development activities and contribute to the technical and personal development training of the team.
Requirements
- ACA/CTA or equivalent qualification or experience.
- Strong UK tax technical skills.
- Excellent communication, team playing, and project management skills.
- Ability to perform strongly under pressure.
