Job Title: SEO Account Director

As a seasoned SEO Account Director at Assembly Global, you will be responsible for leading a talented team and collaborating with clients in the fashion and beauty space. Your primary objective will be to deliver exceptional results and drive business growth through strategic SEO initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and mentor a team of Managers and Execs to ensure effective team functioning and consistent SEO strategy implementation.
  • Collaborate with the wider business to develop cross-channel strategies and drive innovation.
  • Attend key client meetings and reviews, participate in new business pitches, and develop the department by collaborating with other Account Directors and the Director of SEO.
  • Oversee resourcing and financing for your group, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal financial performance.
Requirements:
  • Proven ability to mentor and add value to experienced professionals.
  • Financial experience in running teams and client accounts.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with a focus on statistical data.
