Senior/ Principal Mechanical Design Engineer (Building Services)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior/ Principal Mechanical Design Engineer to join our Building Services team in our Billericay office. The team focuses on projects in the Healthcare and Education sectors, requiring a strong technical expertise and leadership skills.

The Role:

  1. Work closely with the Engineering Associate/Director to ensure project progress and delivery.
  2. Lead the design of schemes, ensuring high technical standards, on-time completion, and budget adherence.
  3. Carry out fee-earning work, collaborating with clients to establish project briefs and budget costs.
  4. Project manage site works from commencement to completion, ensuring specification requirements are met.
  5. Inspect existing installations, submitting condition reports as required.
