We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Junior Researcher to join our growing team in Manchester. As a Junior Researcher, you will play a crucial role in supporting our experienced consultants in the Chemicals and Consumer Goods division within the Research team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior team members to conduct market mapping and manage talent pipeline initiatives for clients.
  • Coordinate the schedules of supporting consultants by efficiently booking and organising candidate interviews across multiple time zones.
  • Lead targeted outreach to potential candidates through email campaigns and social media, while actively networking within the industry to enhance market expertise.
  • Identify and attract top candidates, leveraging your own network to discover new candidates and potential business opportunities for the team.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record or strong interest in research/resource/delivery or back-office roles within a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Excellent verbal and listening skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and engage confidently with individuals at all levels.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of working well under pressure and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a team-oriented mindset that actively promotes company values.
