About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our team at Elysium Healthcare. As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will lead group therapeutic sessions, helping individuals develop and improve their speech and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a designated caseload, completing assessments, planning, implementing interventions, and evaluating outcomes aligned to care plans.
  • Build one-to-one rapport with service users, encouraging engagement and empowerment.
  • Develop and implement strategies for caseload management, considering cultural and linguistic differences.
  • Contribute to research and audits in the provision of treatments.

Requirements

  • HCPC registration.
  • Experience in managing a caseload involving assessment and treatment of dysphagia.
  • Experience working with families.
  • Evidence of continuing Professional Development.
