Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Network Analyst Specialist to join our team at Thames Water. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliable operation of our hydraulic system and water quality management.

The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills, with experience in hydraulic system operations and optimization. You will work closely with our engineering and customer teams to identify and resolve issues, monitor district metered areas, and direct technical operational input into projects.

You will be responsible for monitoring and resolving low-pressure issues, investigating complaints, and escalating as necessary. Additionally, you will assist in drafting safe method statements and managing unplanned events.

A key aspect of this role is working towards achieving key operational and regulatory targets. You will need to have a thorough understanding of water industry regulatory measures, such as customer satisfaction, leakage, water quality, and interruptions.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including contributory pension, personal medical assessments, and access to our wellbeing services.

This is a Monday-to-Friday role, working 36 hours per week, with opportunities for professional development and growth within our organization.
