Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Student Support and Wellbeing team as a Teaching, Learning and Student Experience Assistant.

About the Role: The successful candidate will be responsible for providing academic and pastoral support to students, working closely with colleagues to ensure a high-quality student experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and support to students on academic and pastoral matters
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement student support initiatives
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to student wellbeing
  • Provide administrative support to the Student Support and Wellbeing team

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of academic and pastoral support procedures and processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work positively and respectfully with students and colleagues from diverse backgrounds
  • Highly self-motivated with the capacity to work flexibly and manage workload effectively
