Job Title: Grounds Maintenance Operative

We are seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team at Workshop Recruitment. As a Grounds Maintenance Operative, you will be responsible for maintaining the grounds of commercial and private properties in the Fairoak, Southampton, Waterlooville, Portsmouth & Clanfield area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the grounds of commercial and private properties
  • Perform general maintenance tasks, including grass cutting and lawn mowing
  • Keep flowerbeds and other landscaping features well-maintained
  • Undertake small building work duties as required
Requirements:
  • CSCS Card (preferred, but can be provided for the right candidate)
  • Driving License
  • Experience in grounds maintenance and landscaping
  • Well-presented and good customer service skills
  • Hard working and reliable
