Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Autism Practitioner to join our team at Autismo East Midlands. As an Autism Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting autistic individuals with a variety of activities that they enjoy and encouraging independent living skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide holistic support, including personal care, medication administration, and integration into the local community.
  • Manage anxieties and support individuals with distressing behavior.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized support plans.
  • Participate in training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in autism support.

Requirements:
