About Our Client

Our client is a reputable Estate Agency in the high street, looking for a highly motivated Sales Negotiator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle, and experience in sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with vendors and buyers to arrange property viewings
• Negotiate offers and agree sales
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Market properties to buyers using various marketing skills
• Canvass the local area to generate new business

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
• Attention to detail
