About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Transformation Unit as a General Manager - Acute Floor. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and operational management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the day-to-day management of two Emergency Departments and two Acute Medicine services within the Acute Floor.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of Divisional and Trust service strategies and objectives.
  • Deliver performance standards, service improvements, and efficiencies.
Requirements
  • Masters degree level qualification in Management or Health related subject or equivalent knowledge.
  • Demonstrable previous success in leading and delivering change and performance initiatives.
  • Proven ability to analyse complex problems and to develop and successfully implement practical and workable solutions to address them.
