Summer Internship Overview

Kickstart your career in consulting by joining us for 10 weeks as a Summer Associate. This immersive experience will teach you the fundamental consulting tools and methodologies, preparing you for real-world projects. You'll join one of our teams on a live case, helping clients address their most critical strategic challenges. With dedicated support and mentoring, you'll take on meaningful responsibilities and contribute to impactful deliverables.

  • Collaborate closely with senior colleagues to deliver strategy consulting projects that meet client needs;
  • Analyze data using spreadsheets to identify key insights and trends;
  • Contribute to internal discussions that integrate findings into broader project deliverables;
  • Facilitate industry studies and competitor analysis using secondary research and primary research surveys or interviews;
  • Assume responsibility for generating sections of client reports, presentations, and other deliverables under supervision;
  • Proactively develop knowledge of consulting methodologies and best practices;
  • Play a pivotal role in practice-building activities such as training, recruiting, marketing, publication, expertise sharing, and more.

Desired Qualifications

We're seeking penultimate year students with a strong academic record (2.1 or better) from top universities. Ideal candidates possess a curious and analytical mindset, effective communication skills, and a genuine interest in strategy consulting. A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, think creatively, and take initiative is also essential.

Compensation and Benefits
