Job Description: Castle Groundskeeper

We are seeking an experienced Castle Groundskeeper to join our team at Lympne Castle in Hythe, CT21 4LQ.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and upkeeping the castle's gardens and grounds, which include:

  1. Lawn and garden maintenance
  2. Plant care and inventory management
  3. Pest control and waste management
  4. Landscaping and feature installation
  5. Water feature maintenance

The ideal candidate will have a Level 2 RHS qualification, strong horticultural knowledge and skills, good knowledge of health and safety regulations related to garden and grounds maintenance, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: £26,000 - £31,000 per annum. Benefits include company pension, employee discount, free parking, and on-site parking. Relocation is required to Hythe, CT21 4LQ.
