About the Role

The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing the company's property portfolio in target areas, managing projects ranging from residential conversions to serviced accommodation refits. With a focus on residential experience and JCT contracts, the ideal candidate will be proactive, well-organised, and a forward thinker.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading the management of property portfolios in target areas
  • Overseeing projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Developing and implementing strategies to enhance project outcomes and customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams

Requirements

  • Proven experience in residential development and project management
  • Strong understanding of JCT contracts and commercial principles
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and stakeholder engagement
  • Highly organised, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
