Job Description

**Contract Electrical Maintenance Engineer**

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our client in the Food and Beverage Industry.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Planned Maintenance
* Reacting to breakdowns
* Fault-finding on filling, packing machinery (mechanically & electrically)
* Size changes
* Guidance of production equipment on site

**Requirements:**

* Competent in electrical fault-finding in panels, 3-phase motors, inverters, and relays
* Basic fault-finding knowledge of PLCs
* Good mechanical skills - knowledge of pneumatics, bearings, gearboxes
* Experience within a large industrial plant with process (FMCG) manufacturing
* Strong communication skills, with a keen eye for Health, Safety and Quality within a highly regulated environment
* Electrical Biased (NVQ L3)

**Working Hours:**

* Rotating shift: 6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm, Monday-Friday

**About the Role:**

As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our client's production equipment. You will work closely with the production team to identify and resolve electrical issues, and provide guidance on maintenance and repair procedures.
