About the Role

The Shires - Stretton is seeking a dedicated and passionate Classroom Educator to join our team. As a key member of our educational staff, you will play a vital role in providing a high-quality education service for our pupils.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, deliver, and teach individual pupils or small groups, in accordance with our curriculum framework and related policies.
  • Monitor, record, and report on pupil progress, ensuring that each student receives the support they need to succeed.
  • Contribute to and help implement developments that relate to our School Development Plan, working closely with the leadership team and other stakeholders.
  • Promote the physical, educational, and moral development of our pupils, in line with our company policies.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of an environment and programme of learning that ensures progression at an appropriate and satisfactory rate.
  • Take responsibility for coordinating the teaching, development, assessment, recording, and reporting of subjects and areas of learning across key stages, as agreed with the Head Teacher.
  • Devise, implement, and review individual education plans, individual behavior plans, and other relevant individual plans in conjunction with other staff.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
