Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure delivery of high-quality cleaning services to meet customer expectations and service level agreements.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance standards.
  • Coach and mentor team members to enable them to meet and exceed cleaning standards.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with client airlines, airports, and other stakeholders.
  • Evaluate and recommend improvements to procedures, policies, and regulations to ensure compliance with HSE guidelines and HAL requirements.
  • Timely submission of daily inspection reports and effective management of staff performance.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Previous supervisory or management experience in a similar industry.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to work under pressure and multitask.

Essential Qualifications:

  • UK Driving License.
  • A general understanding of health and safety legislation.
  • Computer literacy.
