Trainee Window Technician

We are looking for a motivated trainee window fitter to join our team at Genesis Employment Services Ltd. In this role, you will assist experienced technicians with window installation and gain valuable skills and experience.

  • Work on a job finish basis, meaning you will be paid for completed work

To be successful in this position, you should have basic knowledge of the building industry and hold a valid driving licence. A CSCS card is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.

You will work as part of a 3-man crew, assisting with window fitting and moving on to more senior roles as your skills and experience grow. The role offers a mix of local and long-distance days, with start and finish times varying depending on site location.

  • Overtime paid
  • Full-time hours (Monday to Friday)
  • Access to company pension scheme

The salary for this position is approximately £542 per week + £50 with B licence and £592 per week + £50 with C licence.
