About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Shinewater Court in Eastbourne. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing personalized support to our adult residents with a range of disabilities, including cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy, and spina bifida.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individual support plans to meet the needs and aspirations of each resident
  • Provide support with daily living skills, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and exercise
  • Encourage and support residents to participate in leisure activities and socialize with others
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team to achieve rehabilitation goals and promote independence
