A reputable accountancy practice in Exeter seeks a Senior Accounts Manager to join their team as a key addition, taking on the delivery, review, and management of accounts, tax, and wider service provision, managing teams, and working closely with directors as key support with a clear progression path on offer.

About the Role

As a Senior Accounts Manager, you will bring your background as an all-rounder accounts and tax accountancy practice professional to service sole traders, partnerships, and limited company OMBs, SMEs, managing the full delivery and building client relationships.

Alongside managing compliance and delivery, working with your team in a review/mentoring and training capacity, you will also lead on delivering added value, advisory, and planning work to clients.

You will carve a career within this firm as key support to the firm's directors, carving an influential role and career within this accounting firm.

Requirements

For this Senior Accounts Manager role, you will hold any of the AAT, ACA, ACCA, or CTA qualifications, or have developed your career entirely through experience alone, with a strong background in accountancy practice having developed your career to the managerial levels.

You will have an all-around accounts/tax career background gained within any of small, medium, or large accountancy firm environments as an all-round general accountancy practice professional and be seeking a move with a career progression path on offer.
