We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to contribute to the exceptional service experience at The Roseate Villa Bath.

Located in the heart of Bath, a city renowned for its rich heritage and cultural attractions, our hotel offers a serene and welcoming environment for guests. As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our rooms, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests.

Main Responsibilities:

As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring rooms are clean and well-maintained to the highest standards
  • Replenishing guest supplies and amenities
  • Providing exceptional service to guests, exceeding their expectations
  • Working collaboratively with the hotel team to maintain a seamless service experience

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous housekeeping experience in a 4/5* star environment
  • A commitment to delivering high levels of service to guests
  • The ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
  • A willingness to learn and develop your skills
  • A polite and professional attitude towards internal and external guests
