We deliver diverse and interesting projects and programmes throughout UK infrastructure, ranging in value from £5k to £15m. The role will provide maternity cover for the current HR Manager and will work alongside the HRM over the next 5 months to ensure a smooth transition of duties.
The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
**Job Purpose:**
The role will be responsible for providing maternity cover for the current HR Manager and working alongside the HRM to ensure a smooth transition of duties.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and set an example throughout the business, promoting and demonstrating our values in dealings with peers, staff, customers, and clients.
- Accountable for the management of the Bridges HR Team and formulation of the annual HR Department business plan.
- Work with the Senior Leadership Team on HR and wider business projects to support business objectives and areas of focus.
- Manage the HR Team to ensure the smooth running of the department and a positive and proactive service to the business in all areas of HR, including recruitment, training, and the full employee lifecycle.
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in a senior HR role.
- Experience managing a team effectively.
- Familiar with IR35 rules and administration.
- Employment law knowledge and proven experience in applying knowledge in practice.
- Ability to communicate effectively, engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
