About the Role

Morgan Sindall Infrastructure is seeking a talented Creative Designer to join our team. As a key member of our communications team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of our business objectives through creative and innovative design solutions.

As a Creative Designer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand guidelines and campaign objectives. This will include designing banners, display adverts, email assets, and other marketing materials. You will also work closely with our social media and digital creator to develop engaging social media content, including images, videos, and graphics.

Additionally, you will manage photography and videography, including collecting new assets and maintaining our existing library. You will also be responsible for photo editing and manipulation, as well as providing pre, during, and post-event delivery support.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual with excellent creativity, innovation, and time management skills. You should have a strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills. Experience with product photography and strong organizational skills are also essential.

Desirable skills and attributes include:

  • Excellent IT skills, especially with design and photo editing software, such as Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Excellent creativity and innovation
