Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at V-Recruit. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement a business plan to maximize sales and deliver excellent customer service
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing and maintaining a strong knowledge of all packaging solutions
* Monitor and manage stock levels, and progress to purchasing stock as required
* Travel within the UK to visit clients and prospective clients
* Maintain strong sales administration, including the use of CRM to follow up all leads, enquiries and quotes

Requirements:

* Competent in Microsoft applications, and ideally some experience with CRM practices
* Full UK driving licence, ideally with access to own transport

What We Offer:

* Competitive salary, ranging from £35,000 to £45,000 per annum, depending on experience and job role
* Performance-related bonus
* Company car and fuel paid for Business Development Managers
* Annual leave of 33 days per annum, including statutory holidays
