Job Summary

We are seeking a Catering Assistant to support our Catering Manager in delivering fantastic customer service and ensuring a safe working environment. As a key member of our team, you will help keep the work and customer areas clean, tidy, and secure at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support the Catering Manager in ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Undertake all mandatory and company training as required.
  • Help keep the work and customer areas clean, tidy, and secure at all times.
  • Ensure a safe working environment and adhere to food safety and health and safety protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and fellow team members.
  • Be eager to learn and work as part of a dynamic team.
  • Follow instructions and make decisions that are in the best interest of the customer.

Requirements
