Job Overview

We are recruiting for Site Operatives to work on our Water Utility and Environmental Agency contracts in Lincoln.

The role offers a competitive daily rate of £115.50 + Price work, with average earnings ranging from £27.5k to £40k per year.

As a direct delivery specialist contractor to the water industry and wider water environment, we work with most of the UK's water companies and the Environment Agency.

Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering works to a high standard and in a timely manner. This will involve:
Assisting with site preparation, including unloading and storing building materials and plant
Storing, handling, using, and disposing of materials in the correct manner
Performing physical tasks such as basic timber shuttering, drainage, and kerb laying, material mixing, and application
Operating heavy machinery in conjunction with CPCS training, e.g., diggers, dumpers, and compressors
Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment, including wearing full PPE at all times
Requirements

We are looking for self-motivated individuals with a full clean driving licence. Essential requirements include:
Experience of working on-site in a labourer capacity
Ability to work at heights safely, following relevant training
Ability to follow instructions and accept personal responsibility
Ability to lift, carry, and push equipment
Ability to act on initiative, particularly in respect to Health & Safety and reporting relevant matters
Willingness to attend training courses, as and when required
Willingness to travel and work away from home, as and when required
