We are a professional and friendly team of 9 vets at Alver Veterinary Group, located on the Hampshire Coast between Southampton and Portsmouth.
Our New Graduate Programme
- We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic New Graduate Vet to join our team in January.
- Our 2-branch practice is well-equipped with brand-new digital x-ray, ultrasound machine, dental x-ray, endoscope, bronchoscope, and in-house lab with dedicated lab technician.
- We offer regular clinical audits, monthly vet meetings, and a commitment to Quality Improvement (QI).
- Our supportive environment includes a 20-minute consultation time, ring-fenced on-the-day appointments, and regular gaps provided for breaks.
- We prioritize work-life balance with a 4-day workweek, 1 Saturday in 4, and no OOH or TOIL system.
- Our tailor-made New Graduate programme provides an experienced clinical mentor, dedicated CPD days, and opportunities for self-leadership, teamwork, wellbeing, resilience, and business development.
