Cybersecurity Role at Valeo Foods

At Valeo Foods, we're a leading food manufacturing company with a portfolio of well-known brands across the UK. We're looking for an experienced Information Security Officer to join our IT team.

This role is responsible for monitoring and improving IT security across the business. You'll work closely with the wider IT Operations team to minimize vulnerabilities and ensure technical recommendations are recorded and actioned quickly.

  • Work collaboratively with the IT Operations team to advise on remediation efforts and minimize vulnerabilities.
  • Maintain and update EDR systems for clients and servers.
  • Aid in project delivery and new security system implementations.
  • Foster close working relationships with office and remote staff.
  • Technical experience in security patching Microsoft servers and clients.
  • Experience working with client and server EDR anti-virus systems.

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
