About the Role

SRS Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Representative to join our team. This exciting opportunity involves promoting our client's high-spec bathroom products across the Midlands area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a structured business plan to effectively manage customers and maximise sales growth opportunities.
  • Establish relationships with senior decision-makers within the marketplace and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Work closely with internal contacts to manage accounts and build new business, ensuring satisfactory resolution of any customer challenges.

The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background in the bathroom market, demonstrating product knowledge and understanding of customer needs. They should also possess effective planning, organisation, and evaluation skills, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.

About You
  • You will be self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision, and possess a current UK driving license.
  • A sales background in the bathroom market or building materials sector would be advantageous.
