CV-Library is currently recruiting for a SEMHEducational Mentor to join our team.
About the Role:This role involves providing 1:1 and group support to students who may have SEMH needs or behavioural challenges. The ideal candidate will be able to work collaboratively with teaching staff, pastoral teams, and parents to develop strategies that promote positive behaviour and academic engagement.
- Develop and implement plans to support students with SEMH needs or behavioural challenges.
- Relevant experience working with students who display challenging behaviour, SEMH, or SEN.
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary package, including an estimated salary of £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience.
