The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Eating Disorder Consultant to join our team at Priory Life Works, a highly respected private rehabilitation centre with a unique therapeutic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and treat a outpatient population with eating disorders
- Assess, treat and oversee the care of inpatients within your specialty, holding patient review and a ward round once a week
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of therapists, dietician, nurses and an advance nurse practitioner
- Engage in quality improvement and governance activities
- Expand your practice in alignment with Priory Life Works prestigious reputation
- Network with professional colleagues and referral sources
- Maintain professional development and meet Revalidation requirements
Requirements
- GMC registration with relevant specialist registration
- Experience in Mental Health Treatments/Eating Disorders
- A strong understanding of Clinical Governance and regulatory frameworks
- Successful completion of a DBS check, funded by Priory Life Works
