About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AML Compliance Officer to join our team at K3 Capital Group Ltd. As a key member of our AML team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective implementation and maintenance of our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the MLRO and Deputy MLRO in the development and implementation of AML policies and procedures.
  • Draft and submit Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) to the National Crime Agency (NCA).
  • Conduct regular monitoring activities to ensure compliance with AML regulations.
  • Review and update AML procedures and associated documentation across the Group.
  • Provide advice on complex onboarding queries related to sanctions, PEP, and adverse media checks.
  • Assist with the provision of internal training and development programs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to lead and assist with ad-hoc projects and initiatives within the Group.
Requirements
  • A strong understanding of AML legislation and best practices within financial services.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to think logically and reasonably.
  • Previous experience working in an AML position within the financial services or legal sectors.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Confidence in having challenging conversations and delivering difficult messages.
