About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Plumber to join our team in Southend on Sea. As a Plumber Multi, you will be responsible for carrying out repairs and maintenance work in social housing properties. You will work independently, using your own initiative to diagnose and resolve problems, and will be expected to work safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out repairs and maintenance work in social housing properties
  • Diagnose and resolve problems using your own initiative
  • Work safely and efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working as a Plumber in a social housing environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work safely and efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures
