About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Offline Channel Lead to join our team at dunnhumby. As a key member of our media planning team, you will be responsible for optimizing our existing Offline media channels, including Connected Store, Magazine, and Clubcard mailings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement media optimization strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of media plans and campaigns.
  • Provide expert guidance on media planning and buying, leveraging data insights to inform channel recommendations.
  • Manage media budgets and develop commercially viable solutions to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Tesco Channel leads and delivery teams.
  • Own the internal comms strategy for the channel, ensuring effective communication and alignment across stakeholders.
  • Ensure assets and pricing structures are updated and centrally managed.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in media planning and buying, with a focus on CPGs, Retailers, or Agencies.
  • Strong understanding of Connected Store within grocery retail.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
