Key Responsibilities- Property Management: Show customers around empty properties and carry out lettings in accordance with our policies and procedures.
- Customer Support: Provide advice and assistance to residents on all housing matters, including information on legal rights, responsibilities of their tenancy agreement, and managing any welfare and safeguarding concerns.
- Community Engagement: Work as part of a regional team to deliver excellent customer service and meet all performance objectives.
- Field-Based Work: Balance time between working in the field and from home, with a focus on being visible and accessible in our communities.
- Full UK Driver's Licence: Essential for field-based work.
- Housing Experience: Previous experience in housing, lettings, or social housing is desirable.
- Customer Service Skills: Proven ability to work with diverse customers and deal with a variety of situations.
- Confidentiality and Sensitivity: Ability to manage confidential and personal information appropriately and sensitively.
- Personal Resilience: Personal resilience to deal with a fast-paced, demanding role juggling multiple tasks at once.
