We are seeking an experienced Design Director to lead our design efforts while contributing to our work-winning strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the design team in developing creative and strategic design solutions for commercial office fit-out projects.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and project managers to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Oversee the entire design process from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with client expectations and budget constraints.
• Pitch design concepts and proposals to clients, showcasing creativity and strategic thinking to secure projects.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, positioning themselves as a trusted partner.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of innovation and high design standards.
• Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies to inform design decisions and enhance competitive advantage.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in design and construction.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining quality and efficiency throughout the design process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with a commercial office design and build fit-out contractor.
• Proven track record in work-winning, with demonstrated ability to pitch and secure design projects.
• Strong portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions and successful project outcomes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Strong understanding of construction processes and project management.
