Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team in Belfast. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project delivery from RIBA Stages 0 to 7, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to deliver projects successfully.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring projects are delivered safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Degree-qualified in Project Management or a related field.
  • Professionally qualified, ideally Chartered Project Manager Status with the RICS, APM, CIOB, or other equivalent institution.
  • Proven experience in project delivery, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate project teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
