Key Responsibilities:

About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced teaching team to provide individualized support to our pupils. You will assist in preparing learning materials, participate in learning activities, and help pupils with their physical, mental, and emotional needs.

This role involves working with pupils who have complex behavior associated with their learning needs. You will be trained to deescalate situations and implement proactive strategies to avoid similar situations in the future.
Working Arrangements:
You will work 80% of your contractual hours for 100% of your pay, giving you more time to focus on your wellbeing and personal interests.
