Senior Content Manager UK

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Content Manager to join our UK team. As a key member of our Content Marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our company goals and industry trends.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating and implementing a content strategy that positions us as a thought leader in the FinTech sector.
- Managing content production and audit cycles for our UK and IE websites, including performance improvement tests and SEO recommendations.
- Writing informative and well-researched content on finance-related topics.
- Supporting UK stakeholders with content production, translations, and proofreading.
- Measuring content effectiveness using defined key figures and KPIs.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and innovations, and developing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Running editorial planning sessions and supporting content strategy development.
- Managing junior team members (interns and freelancers).
We are looking for a candidate with a degree in a relevant subject (journalism, English language/literature, media/communication studies) and at least 5 years of experience in Content Marketing, with a working knowledge of SEO.
Key qualifications include:
- Passion for creating great content with an eye for detail.
- Experience with content management systems (we use WordPress and Content Stack).
- Interest in financial topics and understanding of the UK market.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Native English speaker (other languages, specifically Dutch, Spanish, French, Finnish, and Polish, are a plus).
