Front of House Receptionist

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Front of House Receptionist to join their dynamic team. As the first point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service to clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, tidy, and well-maintained, including the upkeep of communal areas and the diary.
  • Be the primary point of contact for clients, handling all inquiries and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Support the management team with general administration and enquiries, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Liaise with the maintenance team to address any issues or concerns, and take initiative to resolve problems in a proactive and professional manner.
  • Ensure a high level of service is consistently delivered, meeting the expectations of clients and the company.
Requirements:
  • Be well-presented with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience in customer service.
  • Be hardworking and proactive, with a professional attitude and a 'can-do' approach.
  • Good MS Office skills, including Word and Excel.
