Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team at OHM Recruitment Limited. As a Grounds Maintenance Operative, you will be responsible for maintaining commercial properties, including supermarkets, schools, colleges, parks, and open spaces, as well as retail outlets and offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of commercial properties, including grass cutting, weed control, and site clearances
  • Traveling to multiple sites within the Dunstable area, Luton, and surrounding Bedfordshire areas
  • Operating hand-held power tools, such as petrol mowers, strimmers, and hedge cutters
  • Working independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Grounds maintenance or landscaping experience
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor
  • Valid driver's license (desirable)
