The ideal candidate will have a competitive office salary ranging from $17.20 to $38.00 per hour, with opportunities for commission-based sales upon completion of training. You will work 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, with flexible language requirements as French is not necessary.

Key responsibilities include educating and supporting families during in-person and online sales, responding to emails, providing quotes, and organizing wholesale and retail monument orders. You will also be required to create efficient routes for daily inscription work, manage employee hours, and maintain accurate records.

To succeed in this role, you should possess first aid and CPR certification, WHMIS training, and proficiency in CAD software programs. Bonus points if you have sales experience, but it's not mandatory.
